Senior theses rarely get the star treatment. But that’s what 42 undergraduate students received when their films were showcased at the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Rose Cinema for the 34th Annual Brooklyn College Film Festival on May 31.
The culmination of the festival was the presentation of the sponsor-supported Craft Awards for outstanding achievements in directing, screenwriting, producing, editing, production and sound design, location sound, and experimental and documentary film, and the New York Women in Film & Television Emerging Female Filmmaker Award.
